Induction Hardening
Our CNC Induction Hardening facility features 3 Twin Spindle, Dual Frequency CNC-controlled machines, capable of processing components up to 1500 mm length and 250 mm diameter. The setup is supported by Rockwell and Portable Hardness Testers for accurate hardness verification. Magnetic Crack Detection ensures identification of horizontal and vertical cracks. Abrasive cutting, grinding, and polishing systems are used to inspect case depth and calibrate the hardening process.
